Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment at Studio 74, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our business, making it extremely challenging for us to fill those time slots.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. 

This policy is in place to emphasise the importance of honoring scheduled appointments and minimising disruptions to our operations.

To make a cancellation, please call our salon directly on 01733 577 599. Our dedicated staff will assist you in rescheduling or canceling your appointment.

Hair Colour - Allergy Alert Testing

A bespoke consultation and skin test are essential a minimum of 48 hours prior to any colouring service, allowing us to tailor your experience and achieve the most luxurious, optimal results, while prioritising your safety and individual needs. This allergy alert test is essential if you are new to hair colour or have not had hair colour with us in the past 6 months or longer.
