Debbie

Say hello to our Client Experience Coordinator,Debbie.
What is your name and job title?
Client Experience Manager
How long have you been a receptionist?
I’ve had a fulfilling career spanning 40 years as Key Account Sales Manager, now semi-retired, which allows me to balance staying professionally engaged with enjoying more personal time with my family.
What do you love about being a receptionist?
I absolutely love my new part-time role as the Client Experience Manager at Studio 74! I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people, and it’s such a joy to be part of a team again that truly cares about every client’s experience. I’m passionate about supporting Michelle in delivering the very best service – and I’m even learning to make a pretty good cuppa along with way!
Here’s to warm welcomes, great hair days and even better chats.
Who or what inspires you?
Having been in sales for 40 years, what still inspires me is the power of connection.
The joy of meeting someone new, understanding what matters to them & being part of that moment where a solution truly clicks. That spark never gets old!
I’m inspired by those who lead with heart, who listen well, and who remind me there’s always something new to learn and someone new to uplift.
What is your ultimate ambition?
Becoming a Vitruvian!
I’ll be taking on the Vitruvian Triathlon at Whitwell, Rutland Water – my first ever half ironman 70.3. That’s 1.9K swim + 89K bike + 21K run – an incredible challenge I’m ready to rise to!
It’s going to take grit, determination and a lot of training but this goal means everything. Vitruvian 2025 – I’m coming for you!
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Vivacious, open and committed
